1997 BAK AG established in Arbon, Switzerland
1998 Internatinal business for selling plastic welding equipments an machines established
1999 Opened a new office in Chiasso, Tessin
2003 Moving the head office to Kaegiswil, Switzerland
2006 Ended business connections with the company Leister
Began the development and production of BAK machines
Established a business partnership with the company Herz, Germany
Founded a manufacturing facility in Alpnach, Switzerland
2008 Founded BAK Asia CO Ltd, Thailand
2010 Established part ownership of Dohle Extrusionstechnik GmbH, Germany
2011 Completed new building and moved all operations into the new head office and manufacturing facility in Kerns, Switzerland
