Shortage of skilled workers and what we do against it!

The shortage of skilled workers is something everyone talks about. Many craft businesses have big problems to find skilled workers with the right education. More and more career changers are accepted to positions that previously only were given to people with the proper education. That's why it becomes increasingly important to leave no room for errors on the handeling of the machines.

We, at BAK Technology AG, have the mission to make the operating of our machines as easy as possible.

A great example for that is the semi-automatic welding machine MicOn E:

To weld you always need three parameters: Pressure, speed and temperature. While welding with a hand welding tool you have to adjust the temperature and pressure and speed is up to the experience of the welder. At this point youhave possible sources of error: is the welder too fast the welding seam will not be good , if he is too slow the material will burn. The same goes for the pressure, is the welder giving too much pressure the material can be damaged, is the welder not giving enough pressure the welding is not good. You could use an automatic welding machine and not have to worry about all those problems, but those often cost a few tousend bucks and are a bigger investment.

What can we offer as solution? With our semi-automatic welding machine you can make  a step in between. The investment is much smaller, but the usage for the company is big.

With the semi-automatic welding machine one more parameter of the machine is fixed. You can adjust the speed and keep it constant all handeled by the machine. With our useful guidance help giving the pressure evenly is made very easy. This has another advantage that the employees are not forced to be on their knees anymore.

In conclusion we can say that our MicOn E is simple and save in usage. With this we do our part that you can get your work done - now and in the future. If you have skilled workers or newbies with zero experience all of them love the small helper MicOn E from BAK.
