Garantía de 5 años en productos BAK
A partir del 1 de noviembre de 2026, ofrecemos una garantía de cinco años en los productos BAK, contados desde la fecha de compra. Esto refuerza la confianza de nuestros clientes en nuestros equipos y refleja nuestro compromiso con la calidad profesional.
Qué cubre la garantía
From 1 November 2026, you receive a five-year warranty on BAK products, starting from the date of purchase. It covers material and manufacturing defects that originate in production. Wear parts and consumables are not covered by the warranty. The same applies to damage caused by improper use, incorrect installation, or other excluded causes.
Cómo activar su garantía de cinco años
- Register your device online within 30 days of purchase, using the QR code in the operating manual.
- Upload a copy of your invoice during registration.
- Keep the confirmation email you receive within 24 hours of registering. It is your proof for any warranty claim.
Importante: sin un registro completo, se aplica la garantía de 1 año
Si su equipo no se registra o el registro no está completo, se aplica la garantía estándar de 1 año. La garantía de 5 años solo entra en vigor tras un registro exitoso.
