5-Year Warranty on BAK Products
From 1 November 2026, we offer a five-year warranty on BAK products, starting from the date of purchase. This strengthens customer confidence in our devices and reflects our commitment to professional quality.
What the warranty covers
From 1 November 2026, you are able to receive a five-year warranty on BAK products, starting from the date of purchase. It covers material and manufacturing defects that originate in production. Wear parts and consumables are not covered by the warranty. The same applies to damage caused by improper use, incorrect installation, or other excluded causes.
How to activate your five-year warranty
- Register your device online within 30 days of purchase, using the QR code in the operating manual.
- Upload a copy of your invoice during registration.
- Keep the confirmation email you receive within 24 hours of registering. It is your proof for any warranty claim.
Important: without complete registration, the 1-year warranty applies If your device is not registered or the registration is incomplete, the standard 1-year warranty applies. The five-year warranty only applies after successful registration.
